  • The European Central Bank has published details and methodological requirements for the 2022 climate risk stress test.
  • The European Securities and Markets Authority, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority and the European Banking Authority have released their second joint risk assessment report for 2021, calling on financial institutions to adapt to the increase cyber risks.
  • The Luxembourg financial regulator, the CSSF, has introduced the “Reporting Handbook for Investment Firms”. It brings together all of the periodic prudential reporting obligations in a single document.
  • The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has published a new circular amending the annual models of corporate governance and the remuneration of directors of listed companies.
